Thank you for choosing INNOVA Integrated Solutions. This page serves as a reminder of important terms and conditions that apply to your signed proposal.

Scope of Work

This project includes only the items explicitly listed in the signed proposal. Any additional components or services not specified will require a separate agreement and may incur additional costs.

Electrical Conduit & Raceway Materials

Unless explicitly stated in the proposal, this project does not include the addition of electrical conduit or surface-mount raceway material for data cabling pathways. All required data cabling will be "free run" and secured within the existing building structure to ensure a neat and professional appearance.

Lift Equipment Exclusions

Unless specified otherwise, this project does not include the use of scissor lifts, bucket trucks, boom lifts, or other lift equipment. If such equipment is required for installation, the associated costs will be billed separately.

Installation Timeline & Project Delays

Project timelines are dependent on:

Material availability and delivery timelines.
Site readiness and access.

While we strive to adhere to the agreed-upon schedule, certain factors beyond our control may cause delays, including:

Supply chain disruptions or backorders.
Adverse weather conditions.
Site-related safety issues that require resolution before work can continue.
Acts of God or other unforeseen circumstances.

We will make every reasonable effort to mitigate these delays and maintain clear communication throughout the process.
